The BE Qualification program allows you to understand and respond to adults’ diverse learning needs in educational as well as work-based learning environments.
Program Purpose
The major aims of the BE Qualification program are to provide you with:

The fundamental knowledge and skills needed to apply BE and its theoretical and practical foundations effectively and ethically with individuals, groups and organizations.

Learning experiences and methodologies that are easily transferable to all learning environments.
- Practical, ready-to-use resources to support your applications of BE such as the Team Mastery Profile.
Program Objectives
As a result of completing this program, you will be able to:

Explain the nature and importance of learning styles and the theoretical and practical foundations of BE.

Explain what BE measures and why the outcomes are important.

Summarise the evidence regarding reliability and validity of BE.

Interpret, provide feedback and debrief BE profiles.

Access and use BE and supporting resources.

Conduct activities that reinforce the importance of style diversity in educational and work-based learning and productivity settings.
Who will benefit from this program?
Anyone who works with adults in educational and organizational settings such as educational leaders and administrators, consultants, HR directors and so forth.
Building Excellence is available in English, Danish and Swedish.
BE Qualification: Preparation Activities
In preparation for the BE Qualification, participants will be asked to complete the following required components of the program:
BE Qualification Requirements
The BE Qualification Program is designed to be experiential in nature. The aim is to enable participants to use BE with competence, confidence and commitment. In order to become a BE consultant / trainer, participants must meet specific requirements:
- Attendance throughout the entire course.
- Active participation in the course activities, including:

Engagement in all group activities and assignments.

Consistent use of BE in a correct and appropriate manner.

Identification and description of the professional settings in which participants will use BE.
- Completion of a short written test.
During the course, the instructors will:

Provide guidance and instruction, affording participants with the opportunity to succeed.

Evaluate participants’ ability to meet the BE consultant / trainer requirements.

Present all participants who have completed the requirements, with a BE Qualification Program Certificate.
Please note:
The program will be conducted in English, but two of the instructors are native speakers of Danish, and participants may also ask questions in Danish or Swedish if they so wish.

Taking the BE Qualification has been of great value for me personally and professionally. Personally, I have used it to improve my own work efficiency. Working through my learning strengths has improved my ability to experience flow at work.
The BE model is a great tool when you have to create workshops and presentations for customers. I have used my knowledge about learning styles with great results for that purpose.
Last – but not least – working with BE makes your work not only more effective – it makes it more fun!
