Academic Calendar

The ASB follows a two-semester academic year.
The autumn semester begins in late August and ends in December, the spring semester begins in late January and ends in June.

Deadlines for registration at the ASB are:
1 May for the autumn semester
1 November for the spring semester 

No later than:
25 January for the spring semester 2010

30 August for the autumn semester 2010

Start and end:
Late August/early September - late December for the autumn semester
Late January/early February - late May for the spring semester

Exams normally take place:

Spring semester
Midterm exams: March
Summer exams: May – June 30

Autumn semester
Midterm exams: October
Winter exams: Late November - late December
Take home assignments can also be placed in January
