Online Proceedings

The Abstract Section will consist of abstracts of all contributions to the symposium, including those not held due to late cancellations. Your abstract should be in the same format as the conference abstracts, and preferably be written in English (in order to guarantee optimal accessibility of contributions).

For publication in the Abstract Section we have planned the following procedure:

  • Deadline for this section is October 5, 2009
  • If you are content with your abstract as it appeared in the book of abstracts, please indicate before the deadline that we can put your abstract online as it is
  • If you want to perform changes (due to changes in content between the original abstract and your actual contribution or due to necessary orthographical or linguistic corrections), please send us a revised version before the deadline
  • If you want to publish an additional version of your abstract in a language other than English, please send this version before the deadline. The additional version should not exceed 200-300 words. Any language of your choice is possible

The Extended Contributions Section consists of articles up to 10,000 words. Shorter articles are also very welcome. The extended contributions are to be understood as additions to the Abstract Section. The Extended Contributions Section will be edited (according to the criteria set up in connection with assessing the abstracts for the symposium – see http://asb.dk/article.aspx?pid=20014). The copyright of the article remains with the author. Thus, re-publication or publication of an amended version of your extended contribution to our LSP platform in other publication channels is possible and highly welcome.

In accordance with the tradition for multilingualism in connection with the LSP symposia, you may submit your contribution in the language of your choice.

For publication in the Extended Contributions Section we have planned the following procedure:

  • Before October 5, 2009, please indicate whether you want to submit an extended contribution additional to your abstract. We need this indication in order to plan an efficient publication process for the section
  • Deadline for contributions to the Extended Contributions Section is November 16, 2009
  • Projected latest date of publication of contributions to this section is June 1, 2010
  • Contributions should follow the StyleGuide online proceedings LSP (click link to download)

All changed abstracts and extended contributions should be sent to this email address: lsp2009@asb.dk

If you have any questions about the above, please use the same address.
