CREDO's credo

We assert that traditional ideas of regulation and management lead to irresponsible, unenthusiastic and misdirected behaviour in society as well as organisations.

We demonstrate the importance of tacit knowledge, ineffable values and situated learning for innovative, modern organisations with less formal structure and less management.

We show how self-organisation and value-based leadership may give a much wider scope for individual innovativeness, responsible behaviour, and active participation.
