The Management and Leadership Research Group focuses mainly on internal processes at the individual and group level within organizations.

The research activities of the group are concentrated on 1) cross-cultural management (with specific focus on multicultural teams and expatriates), 2) value based leadership and self-organization, 3) institutional work and diversity in organizations, 4) identification and roles in management, and 5) social network and social capital.

We use both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies such as ethnographic field work, interviews, surveys, and social network analysis.

We study both private and public organizations.
