The Department offers a PhD programme. The PhD programme is hosted by DOME (the Doctoral Programme in Organisation and Management Education). DOME is an internationally recognised graduate school, offering a PhD programme which includes the following main parts:
- a research project in the form of a dissertation, which must be defended at a public defence
- an interdisciplinary course programme of at least 30 ECTS (the workload of one semester)
- a work obligation of similar load, which mainly takes the form of teaching
- a change of institution to another (preferably foreign) research institution
- participation in scientific seminars and conferences
