You have probably had the experinces youself; to meet another person, who has a great impact on you, and the choices you make in life. This person might be some kind of mentor to you, just by listening to you, be an inspiration, and share his og her experiences. With your experiences, from Business and Social Sciences and your working life, you could be an excellent sparring partner to one of our students, and make a difference.
Alumnis and students began this years’ mentor program, with a course about mentoring on October 4 2010. The participants were educated by Professor David Clutterbuck who has written 50 books within the fields of mentoring, coaching and mangagement. The course gives the mentor and mentee a chance to meet, and decide if the match is right. The alumni and student will meet up 7 times during the program.
The student also has the opportunity to become a mentor for a refugee or an immigrant, which means that you indirectly advance the immigration in Denmark.
