The programme is a two-year specialized Executive MBA programme aimed at highly experienced managers wishing to deepen their qualifications within the field of change management and leadership in a global setting. The programme has existed for more than ten years.

The programme aims at developing the participants' professional skills, personal qualities, management competences and global mindset in bringing about, managing and implementing change. The programme enables participants to recognize, define and follow change processes from a strategic to an operational level, and to manage, motivate and implement change in companies and organizations.

During the programme, two international study trips will take place; one to Stanford University in Silicon Valley and one to Asia.
