CCP – Center for Corporate Performance

About our centre and research

CCP- Center for Corporate Performance Conducts Joint Research with the Corporate World in Denmark

CCP is a cross-organisational research centre (founded in 2002) domiciled at Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences, Frichshuset, Hermodsvej 22, 8230 Aabyhøj.

The research centre is a joint project between the corporate sector and researchers from several departments at Aarhus University.

We conduct research within the firminside effects of Human Resources Management initiatives on the employees of the companies (retainment, job satisfaction, sickness absenteeism etc.), the customers and the financial performance. We also examine how the overall HRM strategi affects the company and its performance. If we implement performance pay, how is the impact on the bottom line? How do we retain the good employees? Strategic communication as an important tool to support all firminside initiatives is also one of our research areas, together with the effects of internationalisation on employment and wage structure within Danish companies.
