MAPP has worked to make Danish food companies more market-oriented and has developed instruments that help structuring the product development processes.
Large international food companies have shown great interest in MAPP's research tools and results, which they have used as inspiration in their daily work.
MAPP has participated in a large number of collaboration projects with Danish food companies and trade organisations as well as a small number abroad. MAPP has also participated in a number of EU projects on consumer oriented issues and has completed more than 20 PhD projects since 1991.
