Fee

The fee for registered MBA students is EUR 3,400. However, students from the ESSAM universities pay EUR 3,000. This includes single room accommodation for one person, meals, course material, information material, visits to companies and most social activities.

Payment is due May 1st 2012. In the event of cancellation or withdrawel after 1 June 2012 no refunds will be granted. Applicants are advised to include this contingency in their insurance. Cancellations before 1 June 2012 will be refunded 50% of the total fee.

Accommodation for all participants is arranged in single rooms with private facilities at the Business Conference Centre in Aarhus.

Credits

The final grade for ESSAM will be calculated as follows:

Individual assignment (week 1): 40 %
Individual elective assignment: 40 %
Team-based consulting project: 20 %

National credits and grades are awarded by the individual participant's home university based on the ECTS credits and grades achieved (ECTS = European Course Credit Transfer System). ESSAM suggests 10 ECTS for the full programme.

The deadline for handing in the individual and the elective assignment is 1 September 2012. The team-based consulting project is handed in during the programme and graded afterwards.

Attending ESSAM

The programme is structured to provide a minimum attendance requirement of 80 hours during the two weeks. In practice participants devote a considerable amount of additional time to group work and individual preparation.

ESSAM requires the full attention of the participants. Family activities are highly recommended to be planned before or after the two weeks of ESSAM.

All courses will take place at the Business Conference Centre.

The programme includes a variety of social activities.
