Dynamic Supply Chains under Risk

This project aims at research to develop improved decision models for supply chain management with a special emphasis on risk and dynamics. Most previous research in this field has been devoted to stable and stationary conditions. Risk aspects on the supply side as well as the demand side will be incorporated in the analyses.

Foundations of Electronic Markets

The goal of this project is to further design new trading mechanisms that suit better the needs of existing and new forms of e-commerce. Also, the project research centre will develop new results in algorithmics, operations research and cryptography allowing such mechanisms to be implemented efficiently and securely.
