Research
His research, initiated in the late 1980s until late 1990s dealt with management issues related to R&D management, env. management, technology development and implementation in large and complex high tech organizations. During the last decade, focus has been on entrepreneurial high tech organizations, organizational development, interplay between human and technical systems, and decision making under increasing constraints.
